What do you mean by certifying our team on our own business rules?

Generic AI training teaches people how a chatbot works. That is not what protects your firm. We co-develop your specific AI business rules with your leadership, then train your team on those rules in the context of their actual work, and certify each person on them. The certification is recorded, so you can show a client, an insurer, or an examiner that your people are trained and certified on your policy, not on generic etiquette.

What happens after the three months?

The three-month minimum covers the rollout and the critical early adoption window, when questions are highest and habits are forming. After that, many firms continue on a month-to-month advisory retainer, and some fold it into a Virtual CTO engagement. There is no obligation to continue past the minimum.

Is this only for regulated firms?

Phase 3

Train every team on those rules

Role-based training built around how each team actually works, not a generic webinar. Your people learn what Claude is good for, where the limits are, and exactly how your rules apply to their day-to-day. They leave knowing what they can do, what they cannot, and what to do when they are not sure.

Phase 4

Certify your people on your rules

Each employee is certified on your firm's own co-developed AI business rules, and the certification is recorded. This is the difference between hoping your team understands the policy and being able to prove it. You can show a client, an insurer, or an examiner that your people are trained and certified on your rules, not on generic AI etiquette.

Phase 5

Support adoption for three months

The first months are where adoption is won or lost.
